3A Studio

Overview

3A Studio is a Costa Rican architecture firm specializing in contemporary tropical design, construction, and 3D visualization. They needed a web presence that matched the quality of their built work: something that could showcase residential projects like the Hagenbuckle residences, Momo Costa, and Swan Residence while clearly communicating their consulting and construction services.

Objectives

• Present a curated portfolio of residential and commercial projects with a premium, editorial feel.
• Explain consulting services, from site investigation and permitting to construction supervision, in a way that builds trust with prospective clients.
• Highlight the firm’s tropical design philosophy: natural ventilation, thermal comfort, and harmony with the surrounding landscape.
• Make it easy for visitors to reach the team via WhatsApp, Instagram, or the contact form.

Approach

We designed a dark, minimalist site that lets project photography and renderings take center stage. The homepage leads with a bold hero and clear value proposition, then flows into a project grid, skills breakdown, and detailed service sections for consulting and construction. Team profiles and a contact form round out the experience, giving prospects multiple paths to start a conversation.

Results

• A fast, mobile-friendly portfolio that positions 3A Studio as a premium architecture firm in Costa Rica.
• Clear service pages that explain complex offerings like permitting, 3D modeling, and construction monitoring.
• Integrated social and WhatsApp links for low-friction lead generation.
